Eyebolts in window reveals and on facades are used by window cleaners and maintenance teams for fall arrest and restraint. They are often decades old and installed into masonry that has since deteriorated.
We inspect and test each eyebolt, number it on a building plan, and certify it so window cleaning contractors can see which anchors are safe to use.

Common questions
Do eyebolts need testing every year?
Yes. Eyebolts should be inspected and tested at least annually, and before use after any work that could have affected them.
Can you test eyebolts from inside the building?
Most eyebolts in window reveals can be tested from inside. External eyebolts may need access equipment, which we plan in advance.
Will my window cleaners get a copy of the results?
Yes. You get a certificate and plan you can share with any contractor who uses the eyebolts.
